Today was my first day at work at kim gary! Came back and i'm not tired, and i've a sudden feel to blog. So here i am :-)

Feeling very organised all of a sudden. I think its because of work. I'm only taking night shifts now, 6-11!! Thankful that the manager was really understanding that i can't work till midnight so i only take days till 11, which is everyday minus Fridays and Saturdays. I think its super good for me i can still enjoy my weekends!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And i can go back to church :-) hehe finally. Have been wanting to go back for the longest time ever but i kept having impt stuff popping up. Impt stuff like concerts hehehe HEY WHAT its a few hundred dollars everytime ok :'(

Feeling quite sad that i've to go back to facing the books starting next week. Its my own plan for myself. And when i do so, i'll stray from whatsapp. I'll socialise less. I'll lose my social life. As if i haven't lost it enough. I sacrificed alot this year, gave up so many things. 2012 was a tough year for me.

Before the holidays end, I want to develop all the pretty photos i've took. And get a photo album. Organise my photos, even those from 2010 (yeap they're unorganised and still placed in yellow envelopes)

Feel like i haven't ate veggies in forever and i don't like it T_T I'm quite a veggie person!! I love the greens that i love. If mum cooks veggie i'll probably finish 2/3 of the plate while both my parents only take 1/3 hehehe. Anw i'm supposed to eat especially healthily these few days bc swc2 is this weekend!! I can't risk anything going wrong so >:)

Shall see if i can get my hands on some greens tmrw

Next year, I can see myself studying hard. Studying alone, the way i like it or studying with friends that i don't mind studying with. I foresee a lot of alone time, that i really appreciate. I'll probably me in my own world at school too. Anw i'm just left with open house and orientation, can't wait to see the freshies!!!!!! Its my very own motherly instinct :-) Excited to know which juniors are coming to mj!

Next year, I wna be more active. Excerise more. This year, because of jc (and its more intensive pe), i realised that i actually LIKE running. Sometimes i wish mj had some non-competitive cross country cca so i can run more often. I'm lazy pig and i can't really push myself to run. I've had plans since the end of promos, then i pushed it to the end of pw, and then i pushed it till now............ still not running. hm

I want a non-competitive cca bc i don't like competition. Which is one of the main reasons why i ended up in photog actually. Everything in school is so competitive i can't stand it

and about pw...... miss kok heard that our group (mj111!!!!!!) did well (her words, 'very good') for op, which is a big YAY!!!!! esp since we had moderators sit in. (well can't blame our pw group number too nice alrdy) however, i'm still aware that our op is probably very lacking and my i&r isn't up to standard. i was rushing it out 30mins before submission............................... ha ha ha. its not funny bc i submitted F I V E drafts and each draft has two points, but everything got rejected. 10 points got rejected. Thats how bad i am at that document

Excited for 2013. Excited for whats gna come my way, excited for As to end. Excited to work, get money, and travel. Like f i n a l l y. I've been stuck in Singapore for way too long. On my list now is Korea and Taiwan. We'll see if anything changes :-)

Anw, i think i'm falling in love with food for thought hehehe! Both the food, and the place. Just 4 days after i've been thr with funbunch, i went back with Cheryl alrdy. SO IN LOVE HEHEHE

WE'RE LIVING IN THE SMTOWN

Honestly felt very touched when all the smtown videos played about how we're all a family etc etc etc we will spread joy and happiness tgt.................... etc. They changed my life. (In a way or another, no matter how small) Nothing will change that.

Before i begin i would like to say that i don't even feel like smtown happened. It doesn't feel like i've been through all of it alrdy. A week ago i wasn't excited. A day ago i wasn't excited. MUST BE BC OF SCHOOL SRSLY. cockblock e_e

And i am still feeling very tired even after 12 hours of sleep hur so i probably don't sound excited.

On 22nd afternoon shaby nicole and i went over to ritz carlton to see if we could get a glance of them. THE HOTEL SO ATAS HAHA made me feel so inferior inside esp bc i had stayed over thr before so i know their standards. Got chased out (many many times lol) and we didn't get to see them bc they went by the backdoor and we didn't know whr's the backdoor then.

Went over to queue by the marina bay and it was quite a good experience :---) We had a pretty view, sea breeze, snack stall right infront, makansutra right beside, esplanade beside us on the other side. Went to the vj affair for a short while to accompany Nicole, met up with some vj kids :-) Just as we met up again to walk back (it was so looooooong) shaby called and "OMG SNSD REHEARSING NOW" and we flew all the way back!!!!!!!! It was quite an experience lol lol running by mbs and all that to the sounds of snsd live hehe ^_^ Wasn't very surprised when shaby called actually bc we alrdy knew they were gna reach soon when we walked past the entrance while making our way to the vj thing thing HAHA. Anw i miss running :-( I'm so inactive now

Bought dinner from makansutra and shared with shaby!!!!! Nicole didn't want to eat HUR. Had ou a jian and hokkien mee hehehe IT WAS SO SHIOK!!! ^_^ Good dinner by the river and a good day in all :-) Headed home at 10 when friends (we paid) took over, reached home at 11+, showered and waited for my phone to charge and then (FINALLY) slept at 1+

Woke up at 4.40

Went over to to the airport. Others screamt when the vans came out but we couldn't even see anything T_T i think it was bc of the angle HAHA. Found the backdoor, stood thr but the distance + everything happened so fast and i hardly saw anything but a blonde head HAHA /smirks/ yesung kekeke. Went back to the marina bay after!

The queue was a mess so shaby nicole shirlyn and i split up. Two for each queue bc we kiasu in case one really becomes official LOL. Ended up with the one that started last week not being official, really wonder what happened to those at the front of the queue lol. We only queued a night before, heart not so pain HAHA.

After alot of pushing screaming shouting sitting standing having no place to stand and being packed like sardines................................... ok all u have to know is that i had my ultimate black face on for awhile. And i actually bought macs bfast but i ended up not eating it at all. Ended up at esplanade for awhile, and bought my much missed cup corn hehehehe. Accompanied Nicole to queue for her passport, bought my (overpriced but official) sapphire blue lightstick :---)

AND THEN IT STARTED TO RAIN

Ran back to the queue. Umbrellas, getting wet from the rain (BC THE REST BEHIND ME /DUCKED/ LOL THATS WHY), resulting in a poncho, flooding around our feet (but my converses didn't get wet just yet hehehe)

Rained stopped around 5:20. AND WE ENTERED

GOT THE AREA WE WANTED. FIRST ROW AND TOUCHING THE BARRICADE AND THE STAGE WE NEARER THAN WE EXPECTED AND I WAS JUST LIKE JAKSDNCJNAFHUIWEHSNCNSDNCDSJ THIS IS NOT REALITY.

But then we realised it wasn't much of a big deal bc the number of the people in the mosh was SO LITTLE. Rits could have let in double the number of people and it would be fine and still be spacious really. I was thinking of how those people who weren't able get mosh haha how they would be so pissed bc more mosh tickets shld have been let out.

After last Friday, everything just started getting better. Life isn't perfect now, but just better. Better to an extent that it's too surreal to be true, and I'm so thankful for it. I'm actually feeling a lot more happy than I usually am :-)

Was reading perks of being a wallflower, since I've watched the movie. Really like Logan lerman in the show hehe, and it's not because he's cute, but his acting is really good. Like I could actually feel how nervous and shy and out of place he feels. Like the story because the starting was somewhat relatable too. I felt the need to cry hurhur

I like it when I start reading but once I start I never stop :-( so...

All I want for my birthday is to have aircon, my laptop and wifi. Just for a day. And i'll snuggle in bed all by myself with my favourite blankets and bolsters and pillows. Dramas and me. I'm just good being alone

Sometimes i really want to get away from this whole... modernized lifestyle. Like i should take a break and retreat into the wild. Go to the countryside, have my phone faaaarrrrr away from me, and be away from all the crazy rush. Be away from all the competition. The climb for academics, the climb for social status. So tired of always (subconsciously) checking myself and my actions against others, even when i'm not interested. I wish i had more courage and confidence to be who i really am. I'm me, no doubt. But just not fully there.

This is one of the main reasons i like being away from my p/a at Twitter. There, i know what everyone's doing. I know too much. I start checking my own life against theirs, and i dislike it. Being away really made me so much happier.

Content papers for promos start in less than a week. Can't say i haven't been studying, but just not at my best. Can't wait for this to be over, can't wait for pw to be over too. Really looking forward to 14 November where i unofficially mark the end of my j1 life (hopefully, if i don't screw up promos bad). Then i'll have my concerts (HEHEHEHEHE) to attend and go crazy. Coz for now, i'm containing all my happy feels inside me and its suffocating.

I know this sounds crazy, but I want to start taking up Korean lessons after promos. Been dragging this for the longest time ever, on the context of myself 'not enjoying forced learning' (which is true). But it has come to a point whr I realise I really won't learn unless forced, so yeah.

I need the skills for my Korea trip anw 😉

Need to get past promos first tho. 34 days (?) and still haven't started revision. With missing notes here and thr. Haha good luck jasmine

Nothing is impossible

Literally nuaed through the whole National Day holiday, with my nocturnal habits kicking back in place. This is bad coz I'll have problems waking up for sch tmrw, and promos are only in 40 something days. This is a wake up call. The holiday was good, relaxing, so now I'll be ready to go at full speed for promos.

First

After three months, its finally gone :-)

I feel a huge sense of relief. Even though it let me look forward to each day more, even if its by really little, it added some form of excitement to my mundane life. At least now i know why i was put here. To at least feel this.
